We provide extensive remote support for small and medium-sized enterprises with fewer than 50 employees that lack dedicated personnel and rely on outdated knowledge or overtime work. Our ultimate goal is to help your company establish a "self-sufficient IT operation system." We also support recruitment activities (such as defining conditions and participating in interviews) as part of our standard services. □ Standard Support (principally fully remote): Help desk, PC setup and distribution, account management, support for the implementation and operation of system, network, and security tools, and security training for employees. 【Features of this Service】 Support for existing personnel: Advice on issues that current staff cannot resolve and sharing of knowledge is possible. DX support aimed at self-sufficiency: Assistance in building in-house DX concepts and tools to solve on-site challenges. Face-to-face meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings that include on-site investigations after the contract (travel expenses will be covered by our company). What we do not do: Considering cost-effectiveness, we do not engage in "development" or "maintenance and operation of systems built by other companies."
